Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

By using the Fizbo bot, accessing the Fizbo Support Guild, visiting fizbo.gg, or engaging with any related Fizbo services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, as well as to Discord's Privacy Policy.

2. Data Collection

Summary: To operate our services effectively, we collect only the essential data required for functionality and performance. This includes basic information about your account, guild, and guild members.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

These are details you or your guild configure or supply through interactions with the Fizbo bot, dashboard, or other services:

  • Account settings
  • Guild settings, including but not limited to:
    • Games settings
    • Guild-specific configurations
    • Uploaded images used within the service

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

These are data points collected automatically when you use Fizbo services:

  • Information about your game experience, including but not limited to:
    • Games played
    • Game duration
    • In-game actions, purchases
    • Participants and engagement data
  • Fizzy transactions, including purchases of Fizzy and the items bought with it
  • Payment records, where you make a purchase. These include:
    • The confirmation we receive back from our payment provider, such as a transaction reference and the type of payment method used
    • Your IP address, which is passed to the payment provider so that the correct tax is applied to your purchase
  • Records of votes cast for Fizbo on third-party bot listing sites, where a vote unlocks a reward
  • The result of the anti-bot challenge shown when you claim a reward
  • Information about your account, such as:
    • Username
    • Display name (as shown on Discord)
    • Avatar

3. Sensitive Data

We are committed to respecting your privacy and only collecting what is necessary to operate Fizbo.

You can be assured that:

  • We do not collect or store any data that is not directly related to your use of Fizbo.
  • We do not receive or store your card number, or any other payment credential. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, and only the confirmation described above is returned to us.
  • We do not store or access the content of messages, including:
    • Message content
    • File attachments
    • Images or embedded media

While message content may be temporarily accessed during active game sessions to support gameplay features, it is used only for game functionality and never stored in our systems or databases.

4. How We Use Your Information

We only use the information we collect in ways that are necessary for operating and improving Fizbo. Your data is handled responsibly and never used for unrelated purposes.

We use your information to:

  • Provide you with the services. To deliver core functionalities such as game interactions, custom settings, and personalized experiences.
  • Improve our services. To analyze usage trends, gather feedback, and make performance and feature enhancements based on real user engagement.
  • Protect our services. To detect and prevent abuse, maintain system integrity, and enforce rules or policies as necessary.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or unrelated business purposes.

4.1 Public Use

Fizbo may display certain user or guild information publicly in areas such as:

  • Leaderboards
  • User profiles
  • Service-related promotions or advertisements

This may include identifiers like your username, display name, guild name, avatar, or general activity metrics.

If you prefer not to be shown publicly, you may request exclusion (e.g., from leaderboards) by contacting us at [email protected].

Please note that opting out of public visibility may impact other functionalities in your account or limit your access to certain features.

5. Data Retention

  • Essential service data is retained for the duration of service use.
  • Most optional or temporary data is deleted immediately or within 14 days after the bot leaves your guild, or you stop using the service, including but not limited to:
    • User profile (e.g., username, display name, avatar)
    • Guild-based points
    • Linked channels data
  • Analytics data may be retained indefinitely for internal use and performance evaluation. This data is not shared with third parties.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your guild's data, or user's data at any time by contacting [email protected].

By requesting data deletion, you understand and agree that:

  • All related data necessary to provide the service will be removed.
  • For security and integrity reasons, your account will be suspended from further use of Fizbo services.

Alternatively, you may manually delete most of your guild's data directly via the Fizbo Dashboard.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

If you do not agree with the updated policy, you must discontinue use of Fizbo services immediately upon the policy's change.
