Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By using the Fizbo bot, accessing the Fizbo Support Guild, visiting fizbo.gg, or engaging with any related Fizbo services, you agree to comply with these terms in full, privacy policy and refund policy. All official communication, including administrative approvals or vulnerability reports, must be directed to the following authorized emails [email protected], [email protected].

"Fizbo" represents:

  • Fizbo Discord Bot
  • Fizbo Service
  • Fizbo Support guild

2. Acceptable Use

By using Fizbo, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with both these Terms and Discord's Terms of Service.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not use Fizbo to:

  1. Disrupt, interrupt, or interfere with any Fizbo-related services.
  2. Share, promote, or display inappropriate content. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Insults or hate speech
    • Illegal or prohibited material
    • Profanity
    • Political messaging
    • Pornographic or sexually explicit content
    • Violent or threatening imagery or language
    • Harass, disturb, or threaten any individual or group of individuals
    • Copyrighted content without proper authorization.
  3. Organize, coordinate, or promote events or activities intended for illegal purposes.

2.3 Security and Misuse

You must not:

  1. Exploit or attempt to exploit any vulnerabilities in Fizbo without prior written approval from the administration.
  2. Attempt to access, retrieve, or interfere with any confidential data related to Fizbo.
  3. Sell, redistribute, or license Fizbo to individuals or guilds without explicit administrative permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension without notice.

3. Subscriptions

Fizbo offers its core services free of charge. However, we may provide optional paid features or products:

  • Subscriptions grant access to exclusive features, enhancements, or extended functionality.
  • By subscribing, you agree to any applicable payment terms, recurring billing conditions and to Fizbo's Refund Policy.

3.1 Custom Bot

If you are granted access to a personal instance of the Fizbo bot:

  1. You are permitted to modify certain aspects of the bot's profile (e.g., username, avatar, banner)
  2. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the custom bot remains in accordance with Discord's policies, Fizbo's Acceptable Use standards

3.2 Paying with Fizzy

Where the option is offered, a subscription may be purchased with Fizzy instead of a payment method.

  1. A subscription purchased with Fizzy renews automatically by default. Each renewal is taken from your Fizzy balance when the current term ends, without a further confirmation step.
  2. You may turn automatic renewal off at any time. Your subscription then stays active until the end of the term you have already paid for. Fizzy already spent on a term is not refunded, in whole or in part, whether or not you continue to use the subscription.
  3. If your balance is not sufficient when a renewal is due, the subscription stays active for a limited grace period. If the balance is still not sufficient when that period ends, the subscription ends.
  4. The Fizzy price of a renewal is the price that applied when the subscription was purchased, even if the published price changes afterwards.
  5. Upgrading between tiers is charged in Fizzy for the remaining part of your current term.
  6. A subscription funded with Fizzy may be switched to a payment method. A subscription funded with a payment method cannot be switched to Fizzy.

4. Fizzy

Fizzy is a virtual currency used inside the Fizbo service. It may be earned by engaging in games and activities through the Fizbo bot, and, where the option is offered, it may also be purchased.

Fizzy is a limited licence to use a feature of the service. It is not money, not property, and not a balance held on your behalf. It cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for real currency, and it has no real-world monetary value. This is true of purchased Fizzy in exactly the same way as it is of earned Fizzy.

4.1 Distribution

  1. The amount of Fizzy earned may vary between users depending on gameplay behavior, engagement levels, and other activity-based factors.
  2. Distribution rates and earning mechanisms are determined at Fizbo's sole discretion and may change at any time without notice.
  3. Where a reward depends on an action taken outside of Fizbo, such as voting for the bot on a third-party site, we cannot guarantee that the reward will be delivered if that third party fails to report the action to us.

4.2 Fair Use

You must not:

  1. Use alternative accounts (also known as "alts"), bots, or any automated processes to farm or manipulate Fizzy earnings.
  2. Attempt to exploit or manipulate game mechanics or systems to gain an unfair advantage in earning Fizzy.
  3. Manipulate, automate, or repeat through alternative accounts any external action that unlocks a Fizzy reward.
  4. Purchase Fizzy through alternative accounts in order to circumvent a restriction placed on your own account.

Violations may result in the removal of earned Fizzy, and/or permanent suspension from the service.

4.3 Responsibility and Transfers

  1. Fizbo is not responsible for how users choose to use or exchange the currency.
  2. We do not offer refunds, guarantees, or support for lost, stolen, or misused Fizzy.
  3. Fizzy has no real-world monetary value and is intended solely for in-platform entertainment purposes.
  4. Transfers between users are subject to a deduction. The recipient receives the amount that remains once it has been applied.
  5. Sending and receiving Fizzy may be restricted for accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements. Eligibility is determined at Fizbo's discretion on the basis of account activity.

4.4 Buying Fizzy

Where the option is offered, Fizzy may be purchased through a third-party payment provider acting as the merchant of record for that transaction.

  1. Prices are displayed in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price charged, inclusive of any tax that applies to you.
  2. Purchased Fizzy is added to your balance automatically. Delivery is normally near-immediate, but it is not instantaneous and may be delayed by the payment provider.
  3. If a payment is taken and the corresponding Fizzy does not reach your balance, contact us at [email protected] and we will either credit the balance or reverse the payment.
  4. Purchasing Fizzy does not change what it is. Purchased Fizzy is subject to these terms in full, including section 4.3.

4.5 Prices and Availability

  1. The price of any Fizzy package, store item, or Fizzy-funded subscription may change at any time, at Fizbo's sole discretion.
  2. A price change does not apply retroactively to a purchase that has already completed.
  3. We may add, alter, or withdraw any package or item from sale at any time.

4.6 Payment Reversals

  1. Before disputing a payment with your bank or payment provider, you must first contact us at [email protected].
  2. Initiating a chargeback or a payment dispute outside of Fizbo's administration will result in a permanent blacklist of your account and the seizure of all purchased items and of your entire Fizzy balance, whether or not the disputed payment relates to them.
  3. Where a payment is reversed for any reason, we may remove the Fizzy it paid for, together with anything obtained with that Fizzy, from your account.

5. The Game Store

The Game Store offers cosmetic items and in-game perks, purchased with Fizzy.

5.1 Ownership

  1. A cosmetic item purchased from the store is bound to your account rather than to any one guild, and does not expire.
  2. Buying an item grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to display it inside the Fizbo service. It does not transfer ownership of the item or of any artwork it uses.
  3. Items cannot be transferred, sold, or given to another user.
  4. Removing an item from sale does not remove it from the accounts that already own it. If we do withdraw an item from an account that owns it, the Fizzy paid for that item is refunded. See section 5 of the Refund Policy.

5.2 Availability

  1. The store's selection changes over time. Only part of the catalogue is available to buy in any given period.
  2. Where the store shows items or collections planned for a future period, that is an indication of what we intend to offer and not a commitment. What is offered may change.
  3. Items marked as limited are withdrawn from sale when their period ends.

5.3 No Chance-Based Purchases

Every purchase in the Game Store is for a named item, or a named collection of items, at a fixed and disclosed price. Fizbo does not sell loot boxes, mystery items, or any purchase whose contents are determined by chance.

6. Global Leaderboard

Fizbo features global leaderboards that ranks users based on in-bot activity, performance, or achievements.

Some leaderboards rank users by their Fizzy balance. Because Fizzy may be purchased as well as earned, a position on those leaderboards does not represent gameplay alone.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  1. Attempt to gain an unfair advantage using automation tools, or exploits to manipulate your position on the leaderboard.
  2. Display offensive, inappropriate, or misleading usernames, avatars, or profile content on the leaderboard.
  3. Use your leaderboard presence to share or promote any form of publicity, advertising, or external messaging.

Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the leaderboard, or suspension from the service.

7. Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user or guild at our discretion, without prior warning or explanation. You agree not to:

  1. Harass or threaten any member of the Fizbo team or support staff.
  2. Attempt to evade a suspension using alternate accounts, exploits, or vulnerabilities.

8. Reporting Issues

9. Changes to Terms and Policies

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Refund Policy at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all Fizbo services.
