Online Chat
In an online game, what you type in the game channel is shared with the other servers playing with you, so everyone in the game can talk to each other. Your message shows up in their game channel under your name and avatar.
Turn it off for yourself
Don't want your messages shared? Turn online chat off:
It applies to every online game, in every server, and stays saved until you change it.
While it's off, your messages are never shared or stored. You can still play online games as usual.
Turn it back on any time:
Turn it off for your server
Server admins can turn online chat off for the whole server. The server then neither sends its chat to other servers nor receives theirs, but it still plays online games.
- Login to Fizbo Dashboard
- Click on your guild from the side bar.
- Click on "⚙️ Settings" button.
- You will see the "Online chat" section.
- Turn it off/on, then click Save!
It is on by default.
Chat rules
Our Terms of Service apply to everything you send in online chat. Breaking them may get you banned from online chat, or from Fizbo entirely.
In online chat, don't post:
- Insults or harassment aimed at other players
- Hate speech or slurs
- Sexual content
- Threats
- Personal information, yours or anyone else's
- Advertising or server invites
- Spam or message floods
Sending too many messages too quickly also means some of them won't be shared.
Report a message
Saw a message in online chat that breaks the rules? Report it in the support server and give our staff the message ID.
To copy a message ID, turn on Developer Mode in Discord (User Settings → Advanced), then right-click the message (or long-press it on mobile) and choose Copy Message ID.
