Instead of walking around real chairs, every round posts a board of chair buttons with fewer seats than players, and when it goes live everyone races to click one. Whoever ends the round without a chair is eliminated, the board shrinks, and the last player still seated wins. The one addition to the classic game is trap rounds, where clicking anything gets you kicked.

You cannot. Each board arrives locked and grey under the status line “Be ready...”, holds for a random few seconds so nobody can pre-click, then flips live: the buttons turn blue and the status becomes “Click the button” with a live count of chairs taken. That random hold is the same reason trap rounds are dangerous — by the time you read the status, your finger is already moving.

Sometimes the board comes up red instead of blue, with the status line “Don't click the button!” — that is a trap round. Every seat is a trap, and anyone who clicks one is ejected on the spot, while everyone who resists survives into the next round. Trap rounds are mixed unpredictably in with normal races, so the tension is real: hovering over the board with a fast finger is exactly what gets people caught.

The bot privately tells you someone clicked that button before you, and your click is not spent — you can keep racing for one of the remaining chairs. Taken chairs grey out on the board as they are claimed, so you can see the seats vanishing in real time. Only the players still without a chair when the board fills are ejected at the end of the round.

If you fail to grab a chair, or click a seat in a trap round, an Extra Life keeps you in the game instead of ejecting you. It absorbs exactly one elimination, so it turns one mistake into a warning rather than an exit, and after that you are on your own.
